Core24 Academy is a DBA of Empire Services Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website, AI tools, and coaching services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following personal information:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Resume and career content: resume text, work history, skills, and career goals submitted through our AI tools or coaching sessions
• Account data: email address used to access AI tools, credit balance, tool usage history
• Communications: messages sent to us via email, forms, or SMS
• Usage data: pages visited, tools used, session duration (collected automatically)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide career coaching services and AI-powered career tools
• Send email communications about your account, sessions, and services
• Send SMS messages if you have opted in (see Section 4)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improve our tools and services
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests

3. Resume and Document Content

When you upload or paste resume content into our AI tools, the text is processed in real time to generate feedback. We do not permanently store resume content submitted through the AI tools. Resume text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing and is not retained by Anthropic beyond the request. Content shared during 1:1 coaching sessions may be retained in your coaching file for service continuity.

4. SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from Core24 Academy related to your coaching services, appointment reminders, and program updates.

• SMS consent is not required to purchase any service
• Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages
• Reply HELP for assistance
• We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• GoHighLevel: Customer relationship management (CRM), email and SMS delivery, scheduling, and payment processing
• Cloudflare: Website and AI tools hosting, content delivery, and security
• Anthropic: AI language model provider (Claude) that powers our career tools. Resume and message content is sent to Anthropic for real-time processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train models.
• Stripe: Payment processing (accessed through GoHighLevel)

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for 12 months after last activity
• Coaching session records: retained for the duration of the coaching relationship plus 24 months
• AI tool usage: credit balances and usage metadata are retained in our systems; resume content is not permanently stored
• Email and SMS communications: retained per GoHighLevel's data retention policies

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of email marketing by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text message

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. Our AI tools are hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
