Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Core24 Academy website, AI tools, and coaching services. Core24 Academy is a DBA of Empire Services Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Core24 Academy provides:

• AI-powered career tools: Resume Scorer, Interview Practice, STAR Story Builder, Achievement Bullets, Salary Negotiation Simulator, Veteran Translator, LinkedIn Optimizer, and CORE Score Job Matcher, accessible at tools.core24academy.com
• 1:1 career coaching: Individual coaching sessions including resume review, interview preparation, salary negotiation strategy, and career positioning
• Group cohort programs: Structured multi-week programs combining coaching, AI tools, and peer accountability

2. Account and Access

To access the AI tools, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account per person. Sharing account access is prohibited.

3. Credit System and Subscriptions

• AI tools operate on a credit system: each tool interaction costs 10 credits
• Subscribers receive 500 credits per month with their AI Suite subscription
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in US dollars
• Payment is processed through Stripe via GoHighLevel
• 1:1 coaching sessions must be paid in full before the session
• Cohort program payments follow the schedule specified at enrollment

5. Refund Policy

• AI Suite subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• 1:1 coaching sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. No-shows are non-refundable. Unused session packages are refundable within 90 days of purchase minus any sessions used.
• Cohort programs: Full refund available if requested before April 28, 2026. After April 28, refunds are prorated based on sessions completed. No refunds after the program midpoint.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Core24 Academy provides career coaching, tools, and preparation services. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, offers, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your effort, qualifications, market conditions, and employer decisions. Our services are designed to improve your preparation and presentation — not to guarantee results.

7. AI Tools Disclaimer

Our AI-powered career tools use artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate feedback, suggestions, and practice scenarios. AI-generated content is provided for guidance purposes and should be reviewed by the user before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. Salary data, company information, and market benchmarks provided by AI tools are estimates and should be verified independently.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your background and qualifications
• Not misrepresent your identity or credentials
• Use the AI tools for legitimate career development purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our AI tool prompts or system instructions
• Not use automated scripts or bots to access the AI tools
• Not share, resell, or redistribute content generated by our tools for commercial purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, methodologies, branding, and materials on Core24 Academy are the intellectual property of Empire Services Group LLC. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Core24 brand, logo, and trade dress
• AI tool system prompts, scoring rubrics, and frameworks
• Coaching methodologies including the CORE Method
• Email sequences, course content, and training materials
• Website design and content

You retain ownership of your personal content (resumes, career information) submitted to our tools. You grant us a limited license to process this content for the purpose of providing our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core24 Academy and Empire Services Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward staff, or any conduct we deem harmful to our community. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at doug@core24academy.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
