I'm Doug Crummey — Gulf War veteran, Army MP, and 27-year tech support leader. My civilian career started on the night shift, loading backup tapes as a contract computer operator at Hewlett-Packard. From there, I worked my way through Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Rackspace, and Cohesity — hiring and leading support teams at every stop.
Along the way, I built and led technical support organizations at HP Inc, HPE, Unitrends, Polo Ralph Lauren, Peak 10, and more. I've interviewed hundreds of candidates, hired over 300, and helped professionals go from help desk to director.
